Citizen Patrols are taking place every day of the week throughout the neighborhood. Each patrol makes a log of their observations. Log entries can be posted here as a "comment."

Neighborhood Diary

This is a diary of the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood in Southeast Minneapolis. There has been increased sidewalk and street traffic and strong evidence, based on police reports and neighbors' accounts, of drug sales and trafficking, prostitution, petty theft and robbery.

This diary is an online dialogue of "first-hand" experiences, reflections, analyses, ruminations, etc. Please try to speak only for yourself. This diary should be a compilation of what the neighborhood sees and thinks and not a place for speculation or un-supported opinion.
